Sunflower Ceremonies

Sharon @ Sunflower Ceremonies made our day truly special. Her attentive approach to preparation meant she delivered a ceremony that felt truly unique, to us. She understood us right off the bat, she was very flexible, very kind, and I would recommend her to anyone getting married! She also took a beautiful polaroid of us after the ceremony which is on our bookshelf! Thank you for everything Sharon!

We couldn’t have asked for more from our wedding ceremony! Sharon took our random ideas of rock, paper, scissors and a tequila shot and created the most meaningful ceremony, truly capturing us as a couple. If you are wondering whether to book Sharon, the answer is hell yes!!

Sharon... where do we start! Pure kindness and love from the start. I called Sharon after stupidly forgetting the 'booking the Celebrant' job. She was so unbelievably kind and accommodating and we clicked straight away. Sharon took her time to understand us as a couple, even reaching out to our friends to make our vows extra special. Sharon was a ray of sunshine from the moment we first spoke to her. We actually found her because we knew sunflowers would be a key part of our whole vibe - so it was meant to be! The ceremony itself felt so perfectly created for us. It was full of personal stories and the geeky references we wanted, and Sharon's delivery was so warm and full of personality that it all just clicked. It’s hard to put into words how amazing Sharon was, but she was completely perfect! Can't recommend Sharon enough! She was wonderful to work with and such a warm and friendly person. Quick, professional replies to all my emails and was so understanding when I had to cancel a meeting last minute. On the day the ceremony she delivered was absolutely beautiful, I really appreciated how easily she worked in the extra bit to the vows that I asked her for. We are so grateful for the passion, writing skills and energy Sharon brought to our wedding ceremony. From our couple questionnaires, to the ceremony itself, every details was thought of. Sharon was fabulous throughout and really made our blessing unique and personal. She was so warm and friendly at every stage, she responded straight away and nothing was too much trouble (even when we asked to include a haka!) She got in touch with our extended family in Australia and New Zealand for readings and at the ceremony itself Sharon involved all the guests and made everyone feel so welcome.
