Stacey Page Weddings is an award-winning wedding coordination and planning support business, specialising in wedding day management for couples across Hampshire and beyond. We work with couples who have planned their own wedding but want the reassurance of an experienced professional to bring everything together and oversee the day itself.
Our services include wedding day coordination, supplier liaison, timeline creation, venue and décor set-up, guest management and full oversight of the day's logistics. We are particularly experienced in dry-hire venues, marquee weddings, barn weddings and private home celebrations. We also offer Power Hours – flexible pay-as-you-go planning support calls providing expert advice, guidance and reassurance at any stage of the planning process. Couples can access professional support without committing to a full planning package.

What is your most memorable wedding?
One of the most memorable weddings I have planned and coordinated took place at Paultons Park – Home of Peppa Pig World. This wasn't just any wedding venue, it was the bride's family home and a place that had played a huge role in her life growing up, as she was the daughter of the park's owner. The day was incredibly special, blending family history with a unique setting. The couple captured stunning photos in the beautiful Japanese Gardens, and one of my favourite images was a spectacular group photo with one of the park's rollercoasters visible in the distance, a perfect reflection of the venue and the family's story. As planner and coordinator, I worked closely with the couple, venue and suppliers to bring their vision to life and ensure everything ran seamlessly. Being trusted with such a personal celebration, in a place filled with so many memories, was a genuine privilege. It showed perfectly how meaningful a venue can be when it is woven into a couple's history and family life.

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am most proud of how Stacey Page Weddings has grown and thrived over the years while maintaining a genuinely personal approach. We have built wonderful relationships not only with our couples, but also with venues and trusted suppliers across the industry. Many of our bookings come through recommendations and partnerships, which is a reflection of the trust, care and professionalism we bring to every wedding. Knowing that we play a part in creating unforgettable memories while supporting couples and working alongside fantastic industry professionals is something I am incredibly proud of.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
My number one wedding planning tip is to remember that your wedding day is about the two of you. It can be easy to get caught up in other people's opinions, trends and expectations, but the most memorable weddings are those that genuinely reflect the couple. Focus on what is important to you, prioritise the elements that will have the biggest impact on your experience, and don't be afraid to do things your own way.
