Spotlight Ceremonies

My wife and I came across Sheila via a recommendation from our wedding photographer for our outdoor wedding in August 2023. We wanted to work with a celebrant for our wedding who could really understand what we were about and embrace what we were trying to achieve on our wedding day. First of all, Sheila is a wonderful human being! From our first zoom calls to coffee catch ups, email exchanges and then our wedding day, her warm personality made it feel like we had known her for far longer than we had. We instantly knew we were in safe hands and when we received the script for the ceremony, we could not have been happier with how perfectly Sheila was telling our story. On the day we had all of our guests raving about how “us” our ceremony was and that is 100% down to Sheila. Her ceremony delivery was beautiful and was a major highlight in our day. We really could not ask for any more than what Sheila provided for us and we are so happy to have worked with her. We would wholeheartedly recommend Spotlight Ceremonies to everyone!! Sheila was fantastic, Her spirit of enthusiasm and joy set the perfect tone for the day and many of our guest went out of their way to tell us what a great job she had done. She really helped make it a wonderful experience by working with us on the script, having a great questionnaire to help get our ideas and thoughts flowing, and was kind enough to send us gentle reminders while not pressuring us to complete the things we were forgetting while trying to balance all the other arrangements.

Thank you so much for your help with our wedding. The surprise went down better than we expected… everyone was thrilled for us 😊 We had lots of comments about how lovely the ceremony was, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Your script was just perfect!
