All of our weddings have been different and therefore memorable, however, one which stands out was a wedding at Lympne castle for an Australian Athiest bride and an American, Jewish groom.
This wedding was a test of great research skills and was the perfect Non-religious, Spiritual Wedding ceremony with Handtying and Jewish cultural elements. Great fun!
Friendly, Creative, Fun, Passionate, Enthusiastic,
My team! A group of amazing, creative celebrants who look after their couples, giving them choice, excellent customer service and a wonderful and memorable ceremony.
Research your wedding suppliers and when you find someone who is perfect for you, book them before someone else does.
One wedding I created involved 6 sets of guests to stand up during the ceremony to give their tips for what makes a great marriage. This involved parents who had been married for 40 years aswell as friends with only 6 months experience. It was very emotional, yet incredibly funny.
We normally meet you over coffee as it's very important that we like each other as the ceremony is incredibly personal to create. After we are booked, we use a detailed questionnaire to ensure we cover all ideas, personal information and wishes/requests. We research, create & write the ceremony including everything the couple send us to include. We offer a rehearsal as part of our inclusive fee and provide all readings and vows on printed card along with a keepsake folder which can include the final script and a certificate which can be signed and witnessed if you wish.
I was asked to include a child-naming ceremony for the couples 3 little tots within the main wedding ceremony. So this involved bridesmaids, best men and God parents plus 3 little ones who were dressed as fairies running around the ceremony room.
We build a strong relationship with my couples and arrive at least 45 mins before the wedding is due to start so I can help meet and greet everyone including the venue team and booked suppliers, just making sure everything is ready and you have the best ceremony ever!
When our couples say their personal vows to each other. Often created in secret from one another and incredibly emotional with a touch of personality thrown in.
