'The set-up’ on-the-day coordination - You will have me for 3-4 hours of support at the beginning of your wedding day to get everything set up and in place and do any of those admin jobs you’re worrying about. Full set up and styling of your ceremony and wedding breakfast, moving elements between if required. I can ensure all suppliers have arrived on time and are in place for your wedding. Giving you peace of mind so you can enjoy getting ready and spending time with friends and family. ‘The Wedding Day’ on-the-day coordination - You will have me for 10 hours of support on your wedding day. 4-6 weeks before your wedding we will have a handover meeting and I will create a bespoke timeline for your day. Complete supplier management following our handover meeting and on-the-day. Full set up and styling management for ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception. I will be there to coordinate logistics and ensure everything transitions seamlessly. I will be there on behalf of you, a dedicated wedding best friend, that is calm, focused and there to problem-solve any hiccups throughout, so you can immerse yourself in your day 'The Collaboration' Partial Planning - Everything included in 'The Wedding Day' package above, plus 4 planning meetings throughout the process. Budget guidance shared with you, to help you keep tracks of costs and oversee payment deadlines. Supplier recommendations & sourcing. Design direction (aesthetic and styling guidance will be shared based on your chosen colour palette). Timeline & checklist management to keep everything on track. 'The Complete Experience' - Full Planning - This is for couples who need me to step in and take over the planning and design, to create a completely seamless experience from start to finish.
