After the ceremony, the couple kayaked out from South Milton Beach to release paper boats with guests wishes on them. They were followed by their friends and family in kayaks, canoes and swimming.

Describe your typical process with a couple.
We meet for a couple of hours and discuss your perfect wedding then I write the ceremony over the following weeks and conduct it on the day. I print it out a few days before so you can change it to make it even more personal.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?
Translating the ceremony into Italian for the brides family!
How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
Make sure you delegate to your friends and family so that, on the day, they have all the work and you both have a ball!
