All prices are priced per staff per hour with this we will do as much as we can with the time given, all staff go above and beyond to help make the day run smoothly. There are no extra fees or surprises the once you have the price that is it, unless you ask us to stay longer which is always an option you have.

From a simple venue hire to a full scale wedding with all the trimmings we are here for you, as we own most of our equipment we can add and take bits so you only pay for what you need, the package price can be changed on reflection of what you require so you are in control of your big day. So then treat us as a blank canvas you can have what you want how you want it, we can offer you as much or as little as you wish. Its your wedding your way, let us be there to help and guide you though big day without all the stress. The choice is all yours, you can come to us or we can come to the venue of your choice. With the contacts we have made over the years we can get all the suppliers you need. A few extra things we can offer event staff / bar & catering staff / security team & equipment hire. Without SA Events, our wedding could have crumbled

The staff, especially Richard, went above and beyond for our every need. We had a few issues with some other suppliers, and without S A Events, our wedding could have crumbled. I am very appreciative of S A Events, and will 100% use them again, and recommend them to anyone and everyone. My husband even thanked them in his speech.

Going above and beyond the call of duty!

Wedding dream team Richard and the team were originally employed to manage the evening bar at our daughter’s wedding but after consultation with our caterers they stepped in at short notice to take up the slack for the whole day, organising the champagne reception and serving food. Richard also acted as event co-ordinator to take all the pressure off me on the day. Everything went superbly well, Richard was utterly unflappable and calm, only asking me a question when absolutely necessary

The most incredible service at our wedding!

Richard and his staff provided the most incredible service at our wedding, they really held the day together and the attention to detail was second to none. We didn't have to worry about a thing on the day!

We were lucky to have Richard and his family-led team help us to celebrate our outdoor wedding on Friday. Despite how attentive and helpful they had been in the lead up to the wedding, I was still surprised and touched by how caring, dedicated and knowledgeable the SA Events team were during our day. Nothing was too much trouble!

Thank you so much to Richard and his team. From day one, his communication was fantastic and he could not have been more helpful. Anything that I asked or requested he was happy to arrange and do. On the day of the our wedding the whole team were incredible, they did everything that we asked and more, making sure that our guests were looked after and ensuring that the day ran smoothly. They even managed to hunt down tea bags from the venue owner to make a Grandparent a cup of tea

We were blown away by how amazing the staff were!

We were blown away by how amazing the staff were! Everyone who attended said how quickly and efficient everyone was, and when they left for the evening it was so clean it was as though the party never happened! Efficient, expert and friendly all while holding the customer experience at the heart of everything they do. It would certainly not have been the success it was without SA Events. Super organised, efficient, polite and helpful.

Arrived early. Super organised, efficient, polite and helpful. They were such a great help and having them meant we could enjoy the party and mingling with our guests without having to sort drinks and serve people - it was the most relaxed party we’ve ever hosted. They served drinks, kept people topped up, help serve food and helped tidy and clean too - they were experienced and just knew what to do. I really can’t recommend them enough for a party and will be using them again :-)

I highly recommend SA Events

"I highly recommend SA Events, who provided a fantastic service for my wedding and really went above and beyond our expectations. Richard's team arrived 40 minutes early in order to familiarise themselves with the venue and got to work before they had officially 'clocked on'; you can tell that they really do care about ensuring you have a hassle-free evening and will get stuck in and help with anything you ask them to. I'm quite a hands on person myself (and forgot I was supposed to do a few things prior to the wedding), and whilst sorting those things out had Richard coming over and offering to help, which I greatly appreciated as it wasn't in the service we had requested. The team looked smart and well-presented, and were polite and courteous at all times. This really was a flawless service, and I would hire SA Events again for any event I was planning in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for all your help."

Well all weddings are memorable as each wedding is different and we enjoy planning and working with the various teams on each occasion.

Im proud of my dedicated team, nothing is too much trouble and everyone goes above and beyond to make it a great day.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Start you planning early, write all your ideas down and go from there, remember its your day so try not to please everyone coming. Make it fun and memorable.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

For us the best thing is being supportive on the day to make it stress free, this is priceless and its stressful enough.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

So firstly once we receive the first call or message from the client we then check to see if the date is available, then we send out the booking form to gather more information. Once received i call the client to go over the form and requests to produce an accurate quote. Once the quote is accepted a 50% deposit is required to secure the day. We are on hand during the run up of the day just in case the client needs support or advice. 1 month before the big day we have anther chat to go over the booking form and see what needs changing or adding. All conversations are done before the big day so on the day we do not disturb you and so you have nothing to think about.

How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?

Turning up, as this is when we can make a difference and start setting up ready for you arrival.
