I feel the most important thing in the ceremony is being fully present with you, truly acknowledging the significance of the moment you are in and being a guide through the overwhelming emotions of the day. This is all about you and your experience, and I feel the responsibility of this. I believe that compassion, warmth, humour and understanding are key. This will develop from the relationship we create together whilst bringing all your wishes of the ceremony to life.
If you choose me to be your celebrant I will ensure your wedding ceremony is personal, authentic, and unforgettable. Here is an overview of what you can expect from me as your celebrant:
First Meeting – We'll begin with a conversation where I'll listen deeply, getting to know you and your families, your history, your hopes, and your vision for the ceremony.
Personalised Questionnaire – Following our meeting, I'll provide a thoughtful questionnaire designed to capture the nuances, memories, and details that will enrich your ceremony.
Ceremony Planning Session – In our second meeting, we’ll discuss your questionnaire responses, refine the ceremony script, and ensure every element authentically reflects your unique journey.
Ceremony Rehearsal – We'll rehearse the ceremony with care and attention, ensuring you and your wedding party feel completely confident, comfortable, and relaxed for the big day.
My approach as your celebrant is to create a heartfelt and eloquent ceremony, capturing the genuine essence of your love story. My aim is to give you both a deeply meaningful experience, one that you and your loved ones will cherish for years to come.
