Has to be my own. It was just perfect from start to finish. I didn’t know it was possible to smile that much. I was on a high all day and just loved being a bride.
Personal, warm, elegant, engaging, and authentic
That I started my own business and that I am able to help couples create their perfect day, especially as I know how wonderful that feels.
Be organised. If everything is done before the day then you really can just enjoy yourself and focus on your wedding.
For me, it is including the love story in the ceremony as it is unique to the couple and will not be the same as anyone else’s wedding.
We’ll start with a meeting (in person or via video call) to discuss your vision and key details. Throughout the process, I’ll stay in touch (usually via a WhatsApp group) to share ideas and updates. I also like to speak with each of you individually to capture what you love about one another.
Once I’ve written your ceremony, you’ll have the chance to review and refine it. I can help with vows, suggest readings, poems, or music, and offer tips for a seamless, polished ceremony. If you’d like to involve children, family members, or even pets, I’ll choreograph their roles beautifully.
Together, we’ll create a ceremony that’s heartfelt, personal, and truly you.
Nothing too unusual. Lots of dogs for ring bearers and a Harry Potter theme. No one has asked me to dress up yet… that could be fun.
I work with you to make sure your day is special. I arrive in plenty of time and can help to just make sure those final few touches are done. I only do one ceremony a day so I am there as long as you need me. You’ve already done the work so now you can just enjoy the day.
I don't think there is anything about my job I don't love. From start to finish I enjoy it and I love it more after every ceremony I do. It is sad saying goodbye to people you have gotten to know but it is always lovely when you hear from a previous couple, especially if it is to conduct a ceremony for the next milestone in their life...I do baby naming's too!
When you first announce the newly married couple. There is always a rush of excitement.
