Hello! I’m Georgie, the founder of Palm to Palm Weddings.
I’m here for the couples who want a beautiful, intentional wedding but don't want to spend the day itself acting as the project manager. My approach is all about being your professional shield, I’m the person on the ground handling the logistics and catching the hiccups so they never even reach you.
I specialise in creating detailed timelines that actually work, ensuring your day flows naturally from the first "I do" to the last dance. Whether you’re planning a relaxed weekend at a manor house or a bespoke farm barn celebration, my goal is to move the weight of the ‘to-do’ list off your shoulders and onto mine.
How I support you:
• Full Wedding Planning: I’m by your side from the first mood board through to the wedding day, sourcing your team and building the framework.
• On-the-Day Coordination: You stay in the driving seat of your planning and supplier comms, and I step in to execute your vision. We’ll have a deep-dive onboarding meeting early on, and a final details catch-up to ensure I have every piece of the puzzle.
• The Logistical Backbone: On the day, I’m there to cue the music, welcome your suppliers, and manage the "behind the scenes" so you can focus entirely on your guests.
Planning a wedding is exciting, but let’s be honest, it can also be a little overwhelming. I’m here to provide the calm and the logistical expertise needed to ensure you are the guest of honour at your own party.
I’d love to hear about the vision you have for your day. Let's chat about how we can make it happen.
Think of it as having a professional wedding bestie. You’ve done the hard work of planning; I step in to execute the logistics. I handle the "behind the scenes" management so you can focus on being the guest of honour at your own party.
Unlike traditional coordinators who only appear in the final month, we’ll have an onboarding meeting right at the start of your journey. This allows me to understand your vision early and help to give structure to your plans with total confidence.
Absolutely. This is my speciality. I develop a "Detailed Timeline" (not just a basic schedule) that covers every moving part, from supplier arrivals to the first dance, ensuring a natural and relaxed flow to your day.
Yes. I am on-site to oversee the setup, welcome your suppliers, cue the music, and manage the transitions between ceremony and reception. I’m the first one to spot a logistical hiccup and the only one who needs to fix it.
It’s my brand promise to you. I act as the filter between you and the inevitable tiny questions or logistics of the day. If a supplier needs a plug or the florist has arrived, they come to me, not you. You stay in the Wedding Day Bubble.
No, you remain in the driving seat with your chosen team. However, we have a final details meeting 4–6 weeks before the wedding where I absorb all those plans so I can manage the team effectively on the day itself.
I love them. Dry hire weddings often have more moving parts (like catering vans or external bar hire). I specialise in the "logistical backbone" required to make these unique venues run as smoothly as a traditional hotel.
I certainly do. While a venue coordinator looks after the building and the in-house catering, I look after you and your specific external suppliers, decor, and personal timeline. We work together to ensure total coverage.
As a minimum, we have our initial onboarding session and a final logistics deep-dive 4–6 weeks out. I am also always available via email for those "is this a dumb question?" moments - I promise, they never are! AND if needed we can build some extra planning sessions into your package.
Because you’ve spent months (and a significant budget) planning a beautiful day - you deserve to actually see it. I move the weight of the "to-do" list from your shoulders to mine so you can truly switch off.
