Our ‘flying start’ package guides you through the first stages of wedding planning. Helping you navigate the styling and theme for your big day and sourcing the right venue & suppliers for you. Once your venue and suppliers are booked, it's over to you... Full-Service Planning: From first meet to delivery, we will be by your side every step of your wedding planning journey. With over 8 years wedding industry experience, we know our stuff! We will walk you through every step, selecting the best suppliers and helping you with finding the perfect location for your big day - we will manage guest lists and dietary requirements. We will schedule all your supplier appointments and liaise with the venue and suppliers on your behalf. We will be on duty on the day of the wedding from 8am until the close down the following morning. We will manage the running of the day flawlessly; ensuring the whole day runs to schedule and you’re not late! We will assist in supporting guests and suppliers on the day and answering any last minute questions, so you are left in peace to enjoy the day . Finally we will be there the following morning to ensure the close down runs smoothly and every guest departs with all their luggage and slice of cake! In short, we’ll leave nothing to chance and will take the stress and pressure of wedding planning off your shoulders so you can simply enjoy the journey. On The Day Wedding Coordination: On the day, leave us to the flawless running of the day ~ Hand over the wedding folder *We will schedule 3x planning/handover sessions in the lead up to the big day No1. at first meet ~ No2. at 8 weeks before the wedding ~ No.3 at 4 weeks before the wedding. We will be there from 8am until 8pm - or around the time of the first dance!
