From the very beginning, Aimee made our wedding planning journey feel easy, organised, and completely stress-free. She was incredibly communicative throughout, always available by email or phone, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Every request we had was met with enthusiasm, reassurance, and genuine care. One of my favourite moments was a surprise I had planned — singing waiters during the wedding breakfast that I wanted to keep completely secret from everyone else. I arranged the booking myself, and Aimee seamlessly coordinated with them behind the scenes as the wedding approached, ensuring everything ran perfectly without giving anything away. The surprise went flawlessly and became one of the highlights of the entire day. Aimee’s organisation, calm presence, and attention to detail made such a difference. Knowing she was managing everything allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics or timings. So many of our guests came up to us afterwards saying it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and that is truly thanks to Aimee and the care she put into making our day so special. We cannot recommend Aimee highly enough — she made our wedding everything we hoped for and more.

ou organised the most perfect wedding day for us — honestly, it was everything we dreamed of and more. From the very beginning, you went above and beyond, liaising with all of our suppliers — the florist, cake maker, DJ, jazz singer, our LOVE letter supplier — the list goes on. You made sure every single detail was covered, and because of that, the entire day ran effortlessly. We will forever be grateful for how special you made everything feel. Our wedding was a beautiful fusion of cultures — my side of the family is Jamaican, my husband’s side is Greek, and with myself and my parents having grown up in the UK, it was incredibly important that the day reflected that blend. Aimee understood our vision instantly and brought it to life in the most magical way. She helped us incorporate a Jamaican-style evening meal and made it so easy for us to include traditional Greek music during dinner, setting everything up seamlessly from a playlist we created. It felt completely personal to us. We were working with a tight budget, but Aimee never once made us feel like we had to compromise. She was kind, caring, creative, and endlessly supportive. We sourced much of our décor ourselves and created many DIY elements — from a handmade flower arch and custom sweetheart cart to homemade shortbread favours and guest baskets filled with flip flops, glow sticks, sunglasses, and sparklers. We also brought our own guest book, sweets, chair décor and centrepieces, and Aimee transformed everything beautifully. She elevated all of our ideas and made the space feel elegant, cohesive, and completely us. One of the most meaningful things Aimee did was help us honour my uncle, who we had recently lost. She gently suggested creating a memorial table, and with just a few photos, a plaque, and a sign, she created something so heartfelt and beautiful. It meant more to us than words can say. Throughout the day, Aimee thought of every detail. She helped organise our confetti entrance, coordinated timings with our entertainment, and worked closely with our photographer to ensure everything ran perfectly. I have allergies to most alcohol, and she made sure I still had a beautiful arrival and toast drink served in a Prosecco glass (Appletiser, of course 😂), and even arranged a specific drink option I could safely enjoy. Nothing was ever overlooked. When fireworks weren’t possible, Aimee suggested a sparkler exit instead — and it became one of our favourite moments of the entire day. She took the timeline we had imagined and turned it into a seamless, stress-free celebration from start to finish. One of the things we appreciated most was how calm and reassured we felt throughout the whole process. Aimee gave us a private moment to see everything before guests arrived, which allowed us to truly take it all in together — something we will always cherish. We’re writing this from the beach on our honeymoon in Rhodes with the fullest, happiest hearts. Every single guest told us it was the best wedding they have ever attended, and that is entirely thanks to Aimee. We will never forget everything you did for us. We had our wedding here last Friday- we could not fault our wedding planner Aimee she made sure our day went so smoothly and was more than accommodating to last minute guest dietary requirements- she made sure we were happy throughout the evening and took all stresses away from us.

From start to finish Aimee was on hand to make the day go smoothly. My wife and I was so relaxed once getting to the venue as Aimee handled the day for us. Couldn’t fault anything. venue staff were also very pleasant and Theo behind the bar was an absolute gentleman.

We had an amazing day. Aimee was brilliant, she helped us create our dream wedding making sure everything was perfect and exactly how we wanted it. She communicated with us every step of the way through the pre planning and on the wedding day. Our guests had an amazing time and won't forget it any time soon.
