We pride ourselves on forming strong relationships with each couple, ensuring that your wedding planning process is stress-free, surpasses expectations and leaves you to enjoy every moment of your day with your guests. Your wedding day should be a representation of you as a couple, and we aim to make this a stylish reality. As experienced wedding organisers, we have a little black book of exceptional suppliers from venues, caterers, florists and production companies. Carefully sourcing designers and vendors that will suit your theme, style and most importantly, budget. So, if you want your wedding to be better than the pins on your board, we'd love to hear from you. We offer a complimentary consultation for clients based in London or surrounding counties.

Rebecca and the team at Mango Pie did such a fantastic job for our wedding. The day itself was everything we could have imagined... and more. In the weeks and months of preparation, nothing was too much trouble for them. Where we had our own ideas, Mango Pie refined them and executed them perfectly. If we needed inspiration, they brought the right mix of creativity and practicality. They definitely helped us to get most 'bang for our buck', and had an eye for the little details. Above all, they were great fun to work with! We want to do it all again... of course the day itself, but actually the planning too! Thank you Mango Pie!

I cannot put into words what an amazing job Rebecca did in helping us to plan our wedding. Her warm, genuine and sunny nature balanced with true professionalism made her a pleasure to work with. Rebecca knowledgably advised us on everything from the decor and lighting right down to the all important nitty gritty details which we would have otherwise overlooked. On top of this, she was always on the other end of the phone when I needed her, even providing moral support during my pre wedding panic attacks! We planned a wedding in Costa Rica having never been there, and all the suppliers spoke no English!

We once planned a wedding where we filled the bookcases in the venue with the groom and groom's favourite books.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We would start with a meeting and consultation to understand you as a couple, what the most important aspects of your wedding are to you, and what you want your day to feel like. We will then start to reach out to suppliers on your behalf, and come back to you with options for you to choose and take feedback before continuing. We would by no means take all the fun away from you, but the annoying wedmin and logistics in-between!

What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?

A Michael Jackson themed LGBT event!

How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?

We can take the hassle of the organising and suppliers away from you, and advise you and offer guidance at every step of the way.
