Creative Thinking - During the planning process it's easy to get caught up in the 'normal' processes. Often by thinking outside the box you can get something much more personal to you as well as reduce your budget freeing up money to spend on other things.
Do you have a friend or neighbour with a classic car that could be your chauffeur? Does a venue provide what you need or could you create your own venue somewhere else?
Always start with your budget, we always look to get this sorted with our clients first thing! Having dreams is great but you also need to make sure that they fit your budget to avoid disappointment further in the planning process. Work out what is most important to you and distribute your budget accordingly.

We will arrange an initial consultation with you either in person or over the phone, this service is completely free of charge and allows us to discuss plans and ideas that you have, discuss costs and budgets and also to see how involved you would like to be with each stage of the planning process.
After your consultation we will go away and put together some ideas for you as well as a more detailed budget. This budget will be what we work towards and will be the basis for our fees which are charged on commission. We will also find a venue that we think suits your event, this initial proposal is just an idea at this stage and we can work with you going forwards if there are bits you would like to tweak.
At this stage if you decide you would like to work with us we would ask for a deposit to secure our services. We would then arrange a viewing for you at the venue were we would also have a more detailed discussion about the event.
To secure the venue and other suppliers we would ask for a payment of 50% of the total budget, The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the event
