Hello! My name is Sommy, owner of M.Fiore Events. When creating weddings & events, I focus on YOU; you as a couple. I love to see what ideas and thoughts truly make you who you are and we work together to showcase those ideas in your wedding. This is what makes it your perfect occasion. Over at M.Fiore Events, I plan and style weddings for couples who want something a little different or want to make sure their wedding really showcases who they are and want to show their fun nature and romance throughout the whole day. I help to guide and bring out those ideas and turn them into reality for your wedding day and overall planning journey.

Sommy encapsulated all of my desires for my birthday party. Every detail concerning food and its arrangement, the colour scheme, the timings etc was not only perfect but also more creative than I ever thought it could be. Sommy was able to expand on my ideas and make them larger than life for my celebration even considering the current circumstances and was able to create a safe and chic environment for my few guests, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves. What is your most memorable wedding?

It would have to be a wedding I attended when I was 13 years old. This was my first wedding, so I did not know what to expect. It was a families friends wedding and it was simplistic, intimate and beautiful. The wedding was truly personalised for them and that is what made the day even more special.

To make note of your initial ideas at the start of your planning journey. Often during wedding planning, your ideas will change to accommodate others but your ideas should always focus on you and your partner first.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Here at M.Fiore Events, I make sure your individuality as a couple is fully reflected in your wedding. In our initial free consultation, I get to know you, your interest and some random things about you. Together we create your most amazing day, agreeing to what level of involvement you want from me as your planner. From sourcing suppliers, recommendations from my contact list that are within your budget, I will help to create your vision from the aesthetics to the logistical elements of your day. I will orchestrate budget management, styling your wedding, supplier and vendor management, venue scouting; this will make every minute of planning an enjoyable experience with myself being available when you need me. I have a range of bespoke packages which all include an Aisle Planner wedding management, mood board designs, personalised timeline and more. Choosing M.Fiore Events to plan your wedding, means you will have me as a friend to bounce ideas off, sharing my knowledge and advice and giving you the peace of mind so that we can create your movie wedding experience.

How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?

I will always be on hand to solve any challenges or answer any questions that you may have. Making sure all documents and conversations with suppliers and with you are up to date. Organising your timeline and keeping everyone up to date on any changes and plans. Communication is always key and having to communicate with a large amount of suppliers is what I am here for!

What is your favourite moment at a wedding?

The vows! Hearing the couples vows always make me emotional.
