I started Luxio because I saw a gap between events that were well-organised and events that were truly experienced.
A lot of event planning focuses on logistics, but not enough attention is given to how the event actually feels for the people in the room. I wanted to build something that brought both together—where strong operational delivery meets intentional, human-centred design.
It also came from a desire to create something more personal and considered for clients—where their vision is translated properly, and they feel supported throughout the entire process.

How do you work?
Luxio works as a full-service partner, guiding clients from initial concept through to seamless execution.
The process begins with understanding the couple’s vision, priorities, and how they want their wedding to feel. From there, Luxio develops the overall concept and manages every layer of planning—supplier sourcing, design direction, timelines, and logistics—ensuring everything is aligned and thoughtfully considered.
Throughout the process, communication is clear and collaborative, with as much or as little involvement from the client as they prefer. On the day, Luxio oversees all elements on-site, coordinating suppliers and managing the flow of the event so the couple can be fully present and enjoy their wedding without concern.
What are the forms of payment?
Payments are typically made via bank transfer or credit card payment, with flexible payment schedules agreed at the start of the project.
Depending on the scope and timeline, this may include an initial deposit to secure the date, followed by staged payments throughout the planning process. All payment terms are clearly outlined in the contract to ensure transparency and ease for clients.
Can you provide your services online or remotely?
Yes—many elements of our service can be delivered remotely.
We regularly work with clients across different locations and time zones, managing planning, design, and coordination virtually. This includes concept development, supplier sourcing, budget management, timelines, and full pre-event planning.
When required, we travel on-site to oversee execution and ensure everything is delivered to the intended standard. This flexible approach allows us to support both local and international events seamlessly.
