We oversee every moving part and ensure all suppliers work together seamlessly on the day.

What should we expect on the wedding day?
You can expect a fully present, highly experienced team managing every moment of the day - setup, suppliers, logistics, styling, guest flow, and unexpected challenges. We are the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring everything runs smoothly and beautifully. Your only role is to relax and enjoy.
Do we travel for weddings?
Yes - we regularly travel across the UK and internationally for destination weddings. Whether your celebration is in the Cotswolds, Scotland, Italy, France, or beyond, our team is equipped to support and manage weddings wherever your vision takes you. Travel fees will be discussed clearly at the outset.
Why should I book a planner who hasn’t worked at our venue before?
A planner doesn’t need prior experience at your venue - what matters is their planning expertise, logistical knowledge, and ability to adapt to any space. We perform thorough site visits, work closely with the venue team, and create detailed plans to ensure everything runs smoothly. Fresh eyes also bring creative, tailored ideas unique to your celebration.

Absolutely. We can manage RSVPs, track guest information, organise seating plans, and coordinate with caterers and stationery teams. This ensures accuracy, clarity, and a completely stress-free process for you
We have a venue coordinator – why do we also need a wedding coordinator?
A venue coordinator looks after the venue and their team, whereas a wedding coordinator works entirely for you. We manage your full timeline, suppliers, setup, and guest experience, ensuring every moving part works together seamlessly so you don’t have to step in.
When does On The Day Management start?
Our On The Day Management begins several weeks before your wedding. We gather final details, liaise with suppliers, create a detailed wedding day schedule, and ensure everyone is aligned well before the big day, so everything runs smoothly.
What will you actually do on the wedding day?
We are your calm, behind-the-scenes support. We oversee setup, manage suppliers and timings, solve any issues discreetly, and keep the day flowing exactly as planned - allowing you, your family, and your wedding party to relax and enjoy every moment. We even pin on buttonholes, fluff that dress and assist in gathering family for those all important photos.
