We’ll arrange a meet-up as soon as possible to get to know each other. This hour-long meeting is free and comes with no obligation to go any further. You must be sure you’re happy with me. I’ll take notes so I can come up with ideas that suit your needs and help shape your day. Should you choose me as your wedding planner, I will send you a full set of notes with my suggestions. Then you just need to choose which package, or combination of services, you would like. Full planning service; Sourcing a suitable venue if you haven’t already chosen one Planning for a particular theme or style Creating an event plan to cover every aspect, from catering to musicians Sourcing, recommending and co-ordinating with suppliers Sourcing and co-ordinating the supplies needed to style your venue Setting up the venue to ensure everything is prepared as planned On the day co-ordination Partial planning This is bespoke based on where you’re at with your planning journey but is there to assist those of you who are perhaps running out of time to finish all the necessary arrangements or need assistance in finding the right people for your day. It includes aspects of the full planning package, to help you get the end result you desire. On the day coordination My free initial consultation. This should take place at least a month before your wedding where we will clarify planning and progress. On-going contact and co-ordination with you. I’ll check your preparations are finalised. Personal support from the start of the big day to ensure that provisions, entertainers and guests arrive and are in place on time. Continued support to the end of the day to make sure everything goes to plan.
