Planning a ceremony is an incredible experience, and I'll be with you every step of the way. I will be your source of knowledge to bounce ideas off and show you how to rip up the rule book, so you can have a ceremony that's truly unique and reflects your vibe and values. Understanding what is special to you and how you want to feel is so important and a great place to start when you begin to think about planning a ceremony. We'll explore what you like and don't like. There are no restrictions on the type of ceremony you can have; it can include all the traditions, modern twists, religious content, humour or something completely alternative. I'll help with the ebb and flow of energy setting the scene for an extraordinary day by suggesting ways to captivate your guests and creating intimate moments where it is all about just the two of you. Your ceremony can take place day or night, indoor or outdoor and doesn't have to be in a licensed venue. If you've dreamt of a wedding celebration on a beach, at your family home or at the place you first met, you can have it. I pride myself on bringing integrity and creativity to your ceremony, and I'll spend time getting to know you so I can make the perfect suggestions from content and music to sharing ideas for symbolic rituals. Using my degree in English, professional training with Civil Ceremonies Limited and a career in special events, I'll help bring to life your ideas and inspire you to rip up the rule book. Lisa performed our ceremony last weekend and it couldn’t of been more perfect. From the moment we met Lisa we knew she was down to earth and invested to celebrate our relationship with us! Reading our draft ceremony brought tears to my eyes and I couldn’t believe how much emotion it showed! Lisa set a high for our day and we’ve had so many comments on just how personalised our ceremony was, it was like she knew us for years. Lisa's personal and unique style means she will adapt your day to really make your personalities stand out. Above all though Lisa will really connect with you to ensure she encapsulates exactly what you want. If you want ideas then Lisa is your lady she is full of them and these add to making your day so special. The main thing that drew me to Lisa was how individual her ceremonies are and all of our guests commented on this too. A lot of ceremonies can be predictable which is fine if you want that however if like us you want something no one has seen before then Lisa has it all. Take time to prioritise what's important to you and assign the budget accordingly.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Add in some mini moments of pure joy with pop up speeches in the ceremony. This one is inspired by a ceremony I created last Summer the couple invited five of their nearest and dearest to say a few words just before the couple said their vows. These VIPs had total free reign to share some wisdom or favourite memories. What unfolded was unscripted magic.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

One of the first questions I'll ask you is how you want to feel on the day and that then set's the scene. One thing my couples often have in common is they want a relaxed and captivating ceremony that is centred around their values be it music, their connection to others or an intimate service that's wholly focused on you only.

Creating your ceremony is a fun and reflective process, always with some surprises along the way. It's the perfect balance to keep you connected to what's essential as you dance your way through the wedding planning. I'll get to understand those gold dust moments and weave them into an incredible ceremony that has your unique personalities right at the heart of it. Your limited edition.
