Hiya, I'm Jennifer, I'm extremely passionate about weddings and events and I want to help make your day as fun and stress free as possible! As a 2027 Bride myself I understand how stressful this process can be but it can also be really enjoyable. I've got a spreadsheet for everything, every holiday I've ever been on, every day trip is thoroughly researched and thought out and I've been planning events for the past 4 years within the hospitality industry and as a venue coordinator. I also have an Events Planning qualification. So you can be sure your day is in safe hands with me. My main drive in life is creating unforgettable memories for people this is why throughout the planning process I'll always be on the other end of the phone for any advice you might need and with me no question is a stupid one. I specialise in whimsical style weddings however I’m no stranger to tradition.

Full Shebang
This is perfect for couples who have just got engaged and are starting their planning journey or who have only booked a few suppliers and would like help planning their entire wedding from the start. I will organise everything in collaboration with you both as a couple to make your vision come to life. I can help with finding the perfect venue and suppliers, creating invites, and brainstorming colour schemes, creating and helping you stick to your budget. Anything you can think of, I'll be there to help and advise. I'll make a timeline of the day and work out all the logistics but the level of control I have over your day is completely down to you.
A Helping Hand
This package is ideal for those couples who have already planned a lot of their day and have loads booked in or know they want to do a lot of it themselves but are maybe stuck on a few things and need some advice or recommendations. I will be there to help with the finishing touches and consolidate everything. I'll ensure there is a timeline for the day and that everything is in place.
The Big Day
We’ll meet 6 weeks before and you’ll talk me through the entire day about everything you’ve meticulously planned and your vision for the day. I'll take that plan and ensure it’s executed perfectly on the day. I’ll get in touch with all of your suppliers and familiarise myself with venue 6 weeks before and be your right hand on the day ensuring the stress of herding everyone around, making sure the right music plays at the right time and the venue looks perfect so you can just enjoy everything you’ve worked hard to create.
As a new business my prices are currently reduced for the remainder of 2026 and 2027.

Why book a wedding planner/coordinator?
Sometimes we just don't know where to start. I can give you a comprehensive list of things you need to consider and rather than spending hours scrolling for the perfect vendor I will hear your vision and research that for you so you can find the best possible team. Ill be your right hand throughout the process if you wish to ensure no stone is left unturned and help you navigate those difficult decisions like where on earth does everyone sit? But equally if you want to plan everything to a T yourself and have someone ensure it's all taken care of on the day so you can enjoy the fruits of your labour I'm more than happy to take that stress off your shoulders and be the key point of contact for all those last minute guest and vendor questions.
How much control will I as a wedding planner have over your wedding decisions?
The answer is actually super simple. As much or as little as you'd like. My packages are set out to give you as much or as little control as you'd like. It really differs from couple to couple. If you'd like to plan your whole day and then have me come in to execute your vision, that sounds great. Equally if you want me to make those tough seating plan decisions and be there to hold your hand through every detail, I'd love to. We will be a team to make your wedding shine!
Do I have to stick to these packages?
No, if you don't think these packages are what your looking for please drop me a message and we can discuss a customised package to suit your needs, I'm fully flexible.
Do you charge extra for travel?
I cover any wedding within a 60 miles of Newton-Le-Willows for no extra cost to you. This includes; Chester, Blackpool, Lancaster, Leeds, Stoke on Trent, St Asaph, Wrexham and many more. Anything after 60 miles there is a 49p per mile charge. There is always video calls, phone calls and texts for the planning process as well mostly the cost per mile will just be for your wedding day.
