From the moment we met Marcus at a wedding show, we just felt heard! The ideas in our heads, that didn't always feel explainable, Marcus totally understood. He was really friendly and not at all pushy. Marcus showed us photos of other weddings, which really helped us to picture what we liked and didn't like. What was even more useful, was Marcus showing us different set ups of our venue which really made things come to life for us. No question was too silly for Marcus and the team were always so responsive to emails. It felt like a real "golden" moment to be able to go to the office to see a sample of how our tables would be set up, with what we'd ordered. Pretty sure that I, as the bride, did a little happy dance when I saw the set up; it just made it real. When we had meetings with Marcus, he was always very sensitive when discussing loved ones not with us and really listened to our thoughts and ideas on how to include them in our day. There aren't enough thank yous for all the hardwork that was put into making our day magical. Would highly recommend!
