Unique, fun and perfect for team bonding

I Do Festivals helped us organise an awesome company festival. We had two days of a true (but glamorous!) festival experience in a beautiful setting which included working around our business content on day one, amazing entertainment and silent disco in the evening, and an old school sports day on day two. Everyone loved the relaxed feel, and the chance to work away from the office with people in the company they don’t usually get to collaborate with. SJ & Team were there for us every step of the way

SJ & her amazing team helped us to deliver an annual company conference that we won’t forget in a hurry! This was our first “festival themed” event and we needed a lot of support and guidance, however SJ & Team were there for us every step of the way and came up with some fantastic ideas as well as taking ownership of manging the multiple logistics of our venue and entertainment providers . No request was not achievable from branded ping pong balls to amazing roaming bands! The event was perfect and we have had so much positive feedback from our teams, we cant thank you enough and you will be our “go to” festival company from now on – it was a pleasure working with you!

What can I say......I love these people!

What can I say......I love these people! Our wedding was amazing, and so said all our guests, every single one of them! SJ and her amazing team worked so hard for us and more than delivered. Big shout out to Rowan and Max too, they answered all my questions and concerns beautifully and always with a smile. Staff on the day were so polite. Me and the fella are not big organisers so them being on hand with all the answers was amazing! Honestly will miss them now it's all over. You cannot go wrong with these lovely bunch of hard working people!! 😁💖

Cannot thank you enough! The wedding was perfect!

I do Festivals organised our daughters wedding near to Romsey last weekend 30/5 to 2/617 and it was brilliant! From the moment we arrived on site Friday until the end it was superb. The site looked magical with bands and singer's throughout. The quality of the entertainers was very good. It was all far better than my expectations. We were also extremely lucky with the weather which topped off the event. Worth a separate mention is that from the great welcome by SJ herself, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very attentive. I cannot thank you all enough! The wedding was perfect.

What is your most memorable wedding?

We once had a wedding that lasted a full three days - non-stop partying, non-stop drinking, non-stop fun for a full on weekend away retreat! Our guests went away having had the most incredibly thrilling and fun-packed weekend that has given them memories to relish for life!

The ability we have as a team to always ensure our clients have beaming smiles from the initial enquiry to the lasting memories.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Enjoy the planning stage of your special day - it's a hugely exciting time for you, your partner, family and friends - relish every minute!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Our favourite personal touch was during a blessing, when a couple and their two daughters created a really beautiful hand print canvas, to always remember that moment.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We start by getting to know the couple as much as we can - what they are looking for, what they like, what they don't like, and everything in between. Everything we plan is completely bespoke and personal to each couple, and therefore it is essential we know exactly what the couple are after from the offset. After that, we take the couple to visit their chosen venue, which is where the excitement starts to build! It is then planning planning planning, where the couple can ensure we will provide as much or as little communication with the pernickety details as they would like. When the day itself arrives, everything is completely taken care of - there is no point whatsoever where the couple will have to worry about the smooth runnings of the day - that's our job!

What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?

For a corporate client, we have held an event where the theme was 'futuristic disco'. It was exciting to be able to envision what our parties could be looking like in years to come!!

How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?

Our number one priority is to relieve our clients of any possible stress or pressure that planning a wedding can potentially bring. The couple can have as much or as little involvement throughout the process that they wish for, yet we will always ensure their part of the planning is what we would define as 'the fun stuff'! On the days leading up to the wedding and of course, the wedding day itself, the couple's only job is to make sure they utterly enjoy and savour their special day with surrounding family and friends.

What do you love most about your job?

We absolutely love the relationships we form with our clients, from the day we receive the enquiry, to years later where we have always kept in contact with our fantastic couples long after their wedding!

What is your favourite moment at a wedding?

Potentially may sound like a cliche, but when the bride walks down the aisle, the look on the groom's face is always so wonderful and absolutely priceless. Here at I Do, we are suckers for romance!!
