We were recently approached by Steph to cover an event that she had unfortunately been let down for. Communication was excellent throughout that week and while you could tell that her main priority was the lovely couple on the day, she really made the effort to come and say hello to all the suppliers and made sure we had everything we needed which honestly is so appreciated. Outside suppliers quite often get forgotten about and this absolutely was not the case with Steph.

Steph was absolutely amazing, we genuinely couldn’t have done it without her. The planning leading up to the wedding was incredible and on the day itself, every detail was just perfect. She made our Pinterest boards become a reality! Things we never would’ve even thought of, Steph had already handled. We’ve worked with Stef for a number of years when shooting weddings and it’s always nice to work with someone who can coordinate the day calmly and professionally. Each wedding is different but her approach is always friendly and calming and gets great feedback from guests and the couple that she won’t necessarily see on the day. I attended a wedding of some friends which Steph had organised and it was truly amazing! Everything was perfect from the arrivals, the ceremony to the fantastic dinner and party. It was very clear that everything had been thoroughly thought through and extremely well planned. The day was a huge success with no blips or hiccups along the way! We honestly don’t know how we would have done our Wedding without Steph. She is the most thorough, thoughtful, efficient, and incredible asset to ANY wedding day. Truly, everyone needs a Steph! As a very “type-A” bride, I was particularly nervous about trusting someone else to set up our decor for us. But Steph absolutely nailed it, and everything was exactly as I imagined (if not better!) Because of her, we didn’t have to stress, panic, or worry about a single thing!

Over the 18 month build up to the wedding, Steph you were amazing with being so helpful, attentive and knowledgable in what we should be doing. One of the best memories of the day was the atmosphere and the amounts of smiles and love everyone had. Steph, you were on point all day. So professional, so caring and hilarious and making sure we were where we needed to be. The day was just perfect and we could not have done it without you, so honestly just a huge massive thank you.

We met Steph a reasonable amount of time into our wedding planning and from the moment we met Steph we felt at ease. We honestly couldn’t have done the day without her from organising us to just being her friendly upbeat self. We would recommend her time and time again. We hired Steph as our on the day coordinator for our wedding in Sep 24 and she was exactly what we needed! She worked with all our suppliers to ensure that everything came together perfectly and even helped us with setting up the day before and service of the food on the day - nothing was to much for her!
