Your coordinator will be your calm and organised presence on the big day, managing the timeline, coordinating suppliers, and handling any last-minute issues to keep your day running smoothly.
Personalised Planning Calls:
To prepare for the day, we’ll have two planning calls:
- Details & Timeline Call (3 months out): Review key plans and draft timeline.
- Final Schedule Call (1 month out): Confirm final timeline and logistics.
Important Notes:
- This package does not include the day-before setup or day-after clear-up services.
- Package price is for weddings up to 100 guests. Additional guests will incur extra fees.

Day Before Setup:
Your coordinator will arrive the day before your wedding to carefully oversee venue setup, vendor deliveries, and styling details. This crucial step ensures everything is perfectly in place before your guests arrive, so you can rest easy.
Day-Of Coordination:
On your wedding day, we are your calm, organised presence—managing the timeline, coordinating suppliers, handling any issues discreetly, and keeping the day running smoothly from start to finish.
Day After Clear-Up:
After the celebration, we oversee the venue clear-up and vendor pack-down, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. This final step gives you peace of mind to enjoy your first day as a married couple without any lingering tasks.

To keep everything on track, we offer three tailored planning calls ahead of your big day:
- Details Call (3 months out): We discuss key plans and coordinate with suppliers.
- Schedule Planning Call (2 months out): Finalise the timeline and logistics.
- Venue Walkthrough Call (1 month out): A walkthrough to review layout, styling, and vision.

- Package price is for weddings up to 100 guests. For larger guest lists and marquee weddings, additional fees may apply to cover the extra time and coordinators required.

From expert coordination on the day, to support across your full wedding weekend, through to complete planning from start to finish, I’ll guide you to the option that fits you best.
When should we book you?
As soon as you know you’d like support.
For full planning, earlier is always better. For wedding day or weekend coordination, I typically book up 12 months in advance, especially during peak season.
Do you work with our chosen suppliers?
Absolutely. I’m happy to collaborate with your existing suppliers, or recommend trusted professionals if you’re still building your team.
What if you are unwell or unable to attend?
In the very unlikely event that I’m unable to be there, you won’t be left without support.
I have a trusted network of experienced professionals who can step in, fully briefed on your plans and working to the same high standard, ensuring your day is in safe hands no matter what.
What areas do you cover?
I’m based in Royal Leamington Spa and work across the UK and Europe. Travel can be included depending on your location,just ask!
