1. Initial contact - check availability, fees etc 2. Initial chat - am I a good fit for them? 3. Booking- forms, starter documents to capture ceremony basics 4. Planning meeting - discuss the ceremony, hopes, dreams and ‘yikes what ifs’… 5. Exchange and filter of reading, gesture ideas 6. Possibly follow up chats 7. Paperwork 8. Drafting script 9. Feedback and Editing 10. Rehearsal THE BIG DAY - celebration 🎉

A vow renewal without meeting the couple and having limited information on them.
