Chris was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! We are so pleased we had him with us for the lead up to and on our special day. He guided us with vows and readings and his advise was invaluable. We were both so nervous and he really helped put us at ease. He even took some photos of our venue before the ceremony and they are among our favourite from the day. We couldn’t recommend him more!

We feel so lucky to have found Chris at Civil Weddings to conduct our wedding ceremony in September. His communication was excellent right from our first enquiry and he even met with us for a coffee in person to talk about how we wanted our ceremony to go. Chris performed our marriage ceremony a couple of weeks ago and it was perfect. He was very helpful when writing the script and had plenty of suggestions and advice for us throughout the process. He was also great with the last minute ceremony location change due to weather. I would definitely recommend using Civil Weddings!

We wanted to give our biggest compliments to Civil Weddings and especially Chris Champion who was our celebrant for the day. Planning a wedding is hard and even harder when you do it remotely. Chris was fantastic with his suggestions, rewrites, and in the way he so beautifully delivered the speech. We wanted something really special for our day and Chris suggested a ring-warming and a hand-fasting ceremony which blew the guests away as they hadn't seen them done at weddings before.
