Butterfly & Lily Full Description
With a Complete Wedding Package we will take care of everything for you, so you can relax and enjoy every moment. For around 10%-15% of your budget, we can be on call throughout the entire process, and liaise with all suppliers for quotes, logistics etc. All you have to do is make the final decisions. Once we have designed the day of your dreams we will be with you every step of the way on your big day, so you will not have to worry about any last minute hiccups or anything other than taking it all in.
If a complete package isn't for you and you would just like a bit of guidance to make sure you are on the right track, or even to get you started, please contact us about our Planning Consultation service.
We also offer a Day Management service, where will take up the reigns just before the day and be on hand to coordinate all suppliers and logistics. The day will pass by in a blur, it is so important that you are able to take the time to enjoy every second without the distraction of bringing it all together.
Being a hyper organised person but with a creative flair, organising events has always been my favorite part of my career. It was therefore a natural move for me to open Butterfly & Lily, and focus my passion and dedication into my business.

Describe your typical process with a couple.
With a Complete Wedding Package we would meet and go through all your ideas, must haves, wish list, Pintrest boards, absolutely everything. I will then go away, work on some options, quotes, loose structure and ideas. We then meet, talk, text, as much as we need to until you have decided exactly what you want. Basically I turn into your Personal Assistant, doing all the leg work for you until you have the day you always imagined. I will then be there on the day from the crack of dawn, until the last person leaves the dance floor. Whatever happens, I will be there to handle things so you can truly enjoy every second.
I also offer Consultations, if you are planning it all yourself but just want a bit of guidance from an organsiation point of view. We will review what you have, what you need, timelines etc, so that you can go away with a plan of action and feeling more confident everything is going well.
Finally, I can be there just for the day. I will take over a week or two before the Wedding and liaise with all suppliers. As with the Complete Wedding Package, I will then be on hand all day to take care of everything on the day, ensuring smooth running and a relaxed day for your family, bridal party and guests.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?
A stag do. I actually loved doing that in the end

What do you love most about your job?
Don't get so bogged down in the details that you forget to take time to just enjoy the process together. It is such an exciting journey to creating something totally personal and unique, and one of the most exciting things you will ever do as a couple.

The look of relief on the couples face when no one has any objections
