Brenda Woods, Celebrant Full Description
Ceremonies, rituals and symbolic activities can be so important in marking a key milestone in life. I work with many couples that are looking for a personal ceremony that may involve children, family members or pets and sometimes rituals, poetry or music. What's special to you? Holding your ceremony in a special place, at sunrise or sunset? Key family members or friends? Music, poetry, dance? Pets, pictures, flowers, shoes, costume or colour? Symbolism, hand-fasting, ring warming, candle lighting or rituals to seal your commitment to each other. Your ceremony will include what's important to you and can be written in a style that speaks with your voice. You can be formal or informal, quirky or downright irregular! I have also have experience working as a deputy registrar and can explain the role of registrars and the methods of registering your marriage. And, if you have got married abroad or sometime ago, or already have children, I also write and deliver Renewal of Vows and Naming ceremonies.
