Best Day Ever Wedding Planning

We got married in July 2017 so it's taken me a little while to write this review! The reason being that I didn't know how to easily put into words how incredible Charlotte was as our wedding planner. We found 'Best Day Ever' at a wedding fair soon after we were engaged and this was one of the first things we booked. My now husband and I had a good feeling as soon as we met Charlotte and we weren't wrong!! From the initial get go to the actual day, Charlotte was beyond helpful... she helped with ideas, helped me visualise our marquee which I really struggled with, provided us with supplier recommendations, went out of her way to get in touch with all our suppliers before the day, arranged meetings with us, kept in touch regularly and attended our rehearsal and of course the entire day itself from the early morning! She made sure we'd covered every last detail (as we were having a reception at our family home) and kept me feeling relaxed and sane the whole way. On the actual day, it couldn't have gone more smoothly (despite the rain) and it's all thanks to Charlotte's immense help with planning and attention to detail. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble! Alex and I couldn't recommend this service more and we want to thank you so much Charlotte for making our wedding day truly the Best Day Ever!! Thank you x

Charlotte was without a doubt the rock that helped us from start to finish, I was adamant that I could do it all myself, I thought I wanted to be a wedding planner so what better way to start than with my own wedding, right? Nope, I quickly realised that there was no way I could do it and also enjoy the process and the day. Charlotte was a dream to work with, she was full of absolutely invaluable advice, things we hadn't even thought about, things we didn't even know about! I honestly couldn't thank her enough for guiding us to the perfect wedding. She was a huge part of the set up the day before making sure our vision came to life and made sure the finishing touches were there on the morning of the wedding so everything was perfect. On the day she felt like an extension of the bridal party, making sure we were happy and that everything was running smoothly. You can't put a price on peace of mind and she allowed us to enjoy every step of our wedding planning and completely relax on the day. It truly was the Best Day Ever (pun definitely intended), thanks Charlotte!

Charlotte was amazing from start to finish. Super helpful before the big day as well. She kept everything running so smoothly, everyone commented on how hard she was working and how lovely she was. Charlotte was fantastic with everything from the lead up, the day before helping to set up our venue and on the big day itself. Having her there meant that we could hand over the reins on the day and just enjoy all the hard work we had put into our day. Charlotte helped us at our wedding on 14.08.16 and was by far the most supportive, helpful and caring person that we encountered whilst planning our wedding. No question was too big and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. Charlotte used our decorations and created the most amazing setting at our barn wedding. Nick and I have both said that without her help, it wouldn't have been as beautiful! Even though we had a bespoke package with Charlotte, she travelled to our home, which is quite a distance from hers, twice to meet with us to go through ideas and details and she was an absolute joy! Having just renewed my wedding vows. Both my husband and myself - Cannot recommend Charlotte enough. Her organisation skills, professionalisation and customer service skills are second to none. At the last minute our limousine company cancelled on us. However, within an hour Charlotte had found us another company. This lady has been amazing throughout the whole experience and this enabled both my husband and myself to relax and enjoy the whole day.
