When should we book a wedding planner?
The earlier, the better. Many of our couples engage us shortly after becoming engaged so they can benefit from professional guidance from the very beginning. However, we are also able to support couples who are already part way through their planning journey and would value expert advice or additional support.
What areas do you cover?
We plan weddings throughout the UK, including London, the Midlands and Yorkshire, as well as destination weddings across the Caribbean and selected international locations.
What types of weddings do you specialise in?
We specialise in bespoke weddings that are thoughtfully planned and beautifully delivered. Our experience includes elegant country house weddings, luxury marquee celebrations, multi-day events, and destination weddings abroad.
What is the difference between Full-Service Wedding Planning and Wedding Day Management?
Full-Service Wedding Planning provides comprehensive support from the early stages of planning through to your wedding day, including venue sourcing, supplier recommendations, design guidance, logistics and coordination.
Wedding Day Management is designed for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but would like professional support in the final weeks and on the wedding day itself.
Do you work with a preferred supplier list?
We have built strong relationships with many exceptional venues and suppliers over the years and are always happy to make recommendations. However, every wedding is unique, and we carefully select suppliers based on your individual requirements, style and priorities.
What wedding budgets do you typically work with?
We typically work with couples planning weddings with an overall budget from £80,000 and upwards. Our planning approach and level of involvement are tailored to the scale, location, and complexity of each celebration.
Can you help with destination weddings?
Absolutely. We specialise in destination weddings throughout the Caribbean and beyond, providing support with venue selection, supplier sourcing, travel logistics, guest experience, and on-the-ground coordination.
Will you be present on our wedding day?
Yes. For both our Full-Service Wedding Planning and Wedding Day Management clients, we are present on the wedding day to oversee every aspect of the celebration, ensuring everything runs smoothly and allowing you to enjoy the experience with complete peace of mind.
How involved do we need to be in the planning process?
This is entirely up to you. Some couples enjoy being involved in every decision, while others prefer a more hands-off approach. We tailor our service accordingly, providing as much guidance and support as required while ensuring you remain informed and in control throughout.
