My husband and I initially hired them for our wedding in beautiful East Anglia in May this year. At first we were really excited to have Beau's and Belle's on board as our wedding coordinators, but it turned out the services they advertised were not as they promised.
In a short amount of time leading up to the wedding day, they upset many of our key vendors and caused a great deal of confusion among so many of the suppliers. We signed a contract with them at the end of March and Beau's and Belle's waited to tell us one month after we signed the contract with them and paid them in full that they were going on holiday for two weeks right before our wedding date. They were not transparent about this important detail from the start. Beau’s and Belle’s said they would get in touch with all the vendors a minimum of 7 days before the big day. They regrettably did not do as such. It was 5 days before the big day and they hadn’t contacted our vendors as promised. We had to send them a reminder email asking if they were going to speak to the vendors as promised. Only then, after we reminded them, did they initiate contact with the vendors - with the first email sent at 10pm.
We very sadly had to fire them a mere two days before the wedding due to the distress they inflicted on our key vendors, their unprofessional demeanour, and their lack of organisation. It was unfortunate and very regrettably a waste of money. We would not recommend their services and suggest to save your money. Even with the Bridebook discount they offer, it’s not worth the hassle, headache, and money lost.
