Fun, quirky, bright, relaxed, unique.
People will have all sorts of opinions on what your wedding should be like. Please think about what YOU want first and foremost - it is your day, and you are likely spending a LOT of money on it. Work out what is important to you - your non-negotiables - and then see how that works with your budget. You can cut back or scale down on the things that are less important for you accordingly.
We start with a no obligation consultation to ensure I'm the right celebrant for you and that I can offer you what you are looking for. I aim for face to face if within travelling distance or via video call if not. I fully encourage coffee and cake or wine/prosecco or whatever takes your fancy - the idea is for it to be informal and relaxed!
There's a small amount of paperwork to do if you choose to book me, but it's not much (I promise) but it sets out important stuff like Terms and Conditions, and my contract with you.
And now, you have secured your date - so what's next?
This is where the fun begins - our biggest meeting will happen in order to gather the data, learn your story and what makes you both tick! This is the basis of the ceremony script.
I offer unlimited revisions until the final draft - I want to get this right for you! We usually do this bit by email, but happy for a call if required!
I liaise with your venue too - it pays to get to know them and explain the ceremony set up and run through some necessary questions with them.
You receive your final draft 2 weeks prior to your big event!
By keeping in touch with my couples at every step of the way. By being on hand before the ceremony to help with any final set up of the space - I will help wherever needed because an extra pair of hands is always helpful! I can also liaise with venue staff where required. And I will always try my best to calm any nerves - it’s a big exciting day and I want you to enjoy it as much as possible!!
Of course I have to say ceremony!! Sharing all that joy with your nearest and dearest - what’s not to love?!
