Angela Gibson will be your personal on-line Wedding Planner will guide you through the planning process, providing you with individual advice and guidance, supporting you with everything from the design and budgeting, logistics and guests, through to the schedule of planning and time-line for the day. But most importantly being your personal, on hand support when things get confusing or stressful. The service includes, mood-board designs of the theme and colour scheme based on your dreams and ideas, a personalised Schedule of Planning (a comprehensive and detailed to do list specific to your wedding), bespoke Timeline of The Day, regular reviews of progress & next steps planning and budget planning. In addition I will support you throughout the planning process offering advice and guidance on all aspects of planning a wedding such as, understanding the differences between suppliers, adverse weather planning, venue layout and design, guest logistics, issues, table plan & attendee list, what to ask suppliers and tips for negotiations. I will be available throughout the whole planning process right up until your wedding day to provide you with all the support that you need. You will benefit from the knowledge and experience of a professional wedding planner at an affordable cost. We will regularly keep in touch via Facetime, Skype, phone or email.

Well of course I have to say my own - all of our guests wore white and I wore a light gold dress, so our guests look amazing and the photos we incredible!

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Enjoy the benefits of having a wedding planner guide you through the process, so that you can relax and be confident that you are doing the right things, in the right order and that nothing will be forgotten or missed.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We will have an initial consultation, either by Skype/FaceTime, phone or email, whichever is your preference. We will talk about your hopes, plans and dreams for your wedding, discuss any planning you have done already. I will then produce a report summarising this, along with a Mood board containing designs of your theme and colour scheme. I will produce a personalised Schedule of Planning which we will work through in stages, having regular reviews and next stages planning steps. I will also produce a Timeline of the Day, as well as being on hand for budget planning, questions and support, but most importantly advice and guidance on all aspects of planning.

How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?

You will be confident that you have covered everything, you will know where to start, what to do next, we will review each stage so you will be comfortable that everything is done right and that nothing has been missed or forgotten.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Seeing and hearing couples get excited about their wedding day and not becoming overly stressed or worried about, and enjoying the planning process, after all we only get to do this once!

Of course it is the love within the ceremony!
