Amy Annabelle Events offers three initial packages to suit each client's needs for their event, with the option to create bespoke packages or additional extras.
For my full package, 'The Whole Gig,' I meet with the couple for an initial meeting a few months before the wedding date to discuss ideas and requirements for the day. A venue visit is scheduled a few months before as well. I will then create a detailed timeline of the wedding day a few weeks before the wedding to share with your venue & suppliers. I will be there to assist with the venue set-up, liaise with suppliers and be available as a point of contact throughout. I will then be there bright and early on the day of the wedding, right up until the first dance! The best reassurance any couple will ever need for their wedding day.
My 'On the Day' package is ideal for nearlyweds who have already organised their event and just need someone to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. We will have a meeting and/or site meeting a few weeks beforehand and adapt a proposed timeline for the wedding day. I will then be there on the day, usually 2 hours before guest arrival, to manage and ensure a pre-planned timeline is followed throughout. Enjoy your celebration, knowing everything is under control!
The 'Bridal Bestie' package is a smaller package but still worth every penny. This package offers a PA service to the bride and/or groom on the day. It's a great option if their wedding venue already has a coordinator. The wedding party can relax knowing those important little tasks are being dealt with by a professional. If any issues arise, I will be the first point of contact to manage and tackle these directly without stressing the bride or groom. I will be there as your perfect PA on the day.
