How do we book our wedding date with you?
To secure your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable booking fee. Once these are received, your date is officially reserved.
Can you customise a package to fit our needs?
Absolutely! We offer flexible packages and can tailor them to suit your specific requirements. Please reach out to discuss your vision, and we'll create a package that aligns with your needs.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, engagement sessions are available as an add-on to any wedding package. It's a great opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.
Will you travel to our wedding location?
We’re happy to travel anywhere in the UK and also offer full coverage for destination weddings.
- For UK venues that are over a 10 mile radius from our studio, travel costs are calculated at £0.45 per mile. For locations more than 2 hours away, an additional fee may apply to cover overnight accommodation.
- For destination weddings abroad, clients are responsible for our international travel costs. Once in the country, travel between venues and accommodation will need to be provided.
- Wherever your wedding is, we’ll capture every moment with our usual two-photographer approach and full coverage package.
When will we receive our fully gallery?
You can expect to receive your fully edited wedding gallery within 6 weeks (30 working days) after your wedding. The images will be delivered digitally via a secure online gallery, where you can view, share, and download your photos.
Please note that, due to the large number of images captured during a wedding, we do not offer the option to select individual images from the full gallery. Our team carefully curates and edits the final selection to ensure every photo meets our professional quality standards - including sharpness, composition, and attention to detail - while considering any specific requests you’ve shared.
Please note that all photos will be deleted from our system after 3 months, so we recommend downloading and backing up your images upon delivery.
Do you have insurance and back up equipment?
Yes, we carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Additionally, we always bring backup equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day.
What happens if you can't attend our wedding due to unforeseen circumstances?
In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend your wedding due (which has never happened before) due to illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange a suitable replacement photographer of similar ability, or refund all monies paid, including the booking fee.
Can we share our wedding photos on social media?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your photos. We only ask that you kindly credit WinCo Photography when posting online.
What if our wedding is affected by unforeseen events (e.g. weather, illness)?
We understand that unforeseen events can impact your wedding plans. We are committed to working with you to reschedule or adjust plans as needed. Please refer to our cancelation and rescheduling policy for more details.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Cancellation & Payment Policy
A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date and will be deducted from the final balance. Payment schedules vary: for weddings booked >6 months ahead, 30% booking fee, 30% six months before, and 40% final balance 8 weeks before; for bookings 6 months–8 weeks ahead, 60% at booking and 40% final balance 8 weeks before; for bookings <8 weeks, 100% upfront. Cancellations must be in writing. Refunds depend on timing: >6 months, second instalment refunded; 6 months–8 weeks, final balance refunded; <8 weeks, no refund. Postponements can transfer payments to a new date (one free date change). WinCo may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a replacement photographer or full refund. Copyright remains with WinCo; images may be used for promotion. Contact us with questions.
