I’m Will Wareham, a London documentary wedding photographer with over 20 years of professional experience photographing weddings across the UK and worldwide. I provide a wedding highlights slideshow within 1 week, including the individual images separately for you to view and share after the excitement of your wedding. Your finished gallery is typically delivered within a month.
Every wedding is different, but you can expect a comprehensive collection that reflects the full flow of the day rather than a fixed number. Quality, storytelling, and completeness always come first.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS + ARE THE TRAVEL EXPENSES INCLUDED?
Absolutely. I photograph weddings throughout the UK and worldwide. Travel is included within London, weddings throughout the rest of the UK and abroad are quoted individually depending on location and arrangements.
DO YOU PROVIDE AN ONLINE GALLERY?
Yes. All weddings include a personalised online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photographs easily with family and friends.
CAN WE ORDER ADDITIONAL BOOKS OR PRINTS?
Yes. Additional copies and alternative sizes of The Reportage Wedding Book are available, along with fine-art prints and wall pieces.
DO YOU SHOOT IN BLACK & WHITE AS WELL AS COLOUR?
Yes. I deliver a balanced mix of true-to-life colour images and timeless black and white photographs, carefully edited to suit each moment and create a cohesive documentary record of your day.
WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?
I work in a pure documentary style, influenced by classic photojournalism. That means no staging, no awkward posing, and no interruptions — just honest, natural photographs of your day as it truly unfolds.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes. I carry full professional indemnity and public liability insurance, which is required by many venues and gives couples complete peace of mind. Documentation can be provided on request.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND OUR WEDDING?
In the extremely unlikely event that I’m unable to attend due to illness or emergency, I have a trusted network of experienced documentary wedding photographers and would arrange a suitable replacement, subject to your approval.
DO YOU BRING BACKUP EQUIPMENT?
Yes. I always work with multiple camera bodies, lenses, memory cards, and lighting equipment so there’s full redundancy on the day. Reliability and preparedness are essential to documenting your wedding without interruption.
