Hey, I’m Will!
I’m a wedding photographer living down in Bournemouth. I absolutely love what I do, and my approach to shooting a wedding is pretty straightforward: keep it chilled, and make sure you actually have a good time.
For 90% of the day, I’m just blending into the background as a documentary photographer, capturing things as they naturally happen. The big laughs, the happy tears, the bad dance moves, and all the quiet moments in between that make your day yours.
When it comes to couple portraits, I know most people aren't crazy about having a camera pointed at them. Don't worry, I'm not going to drag you away from your party for two hours or make you hold weird, stiff poses. We’ll plan a few great shots together beforehand, I'll walk you through everything on the day, and we'll just have a laugh with it. The goal is simple: get some amazing, natural photos of the two of you feeling totally at ease, and then get you straight back to a drink with your family and friends.

What’s included in your wedding coverage?
Full-day coverage generally means I’m with you from prep through to the dance floor kicking off. You’ll receive all your high-res, fully edited images in a password-protected online gallery, making it easy to download, share with family, and order prints directly.
How would you describe your style on the day?
Relaxed and documentary. Most of the day, I blend into the background to capture genuine, unscripted moments as they happen. For portraits and family group shots, I’ll gently guide you so everything feels easy, natural, and fun. No stiff or awkward posing required.
Do you cover travel across Dorset, Hampshire, and beyond?
Yes! I’m based in Bournemouth and regularly shoot across Dorset, Hampshire, and the South Coast. I’m always happy to travel further afield across the UK. Just drop me a message with your venue location and we can go from there.
How long do couple portraits take?
I won't keep you hostage away from your wedding! We’ll plan everything ahead of time so couple portraits only take up to 20-30 minutes. The aim is to get some fantastic, natural shots of the two of you having a moment to breathe, then get you straight back to your guests.
How many photos will we get, and when do we receive them?
For a full wedding day, you’ll typically receive between 400 to 600+ fully edited images. Delivery time is usually around 2–4 weeks, though I’ll always send over a preview selection a few days after the wedding so you have something to look at right away. There will be no fixed limit to the amount of photos I send. I will send you all the great photos I have.
We’re pretty awkward in front of the camera, how do you handle that?
Almost every couple I photograph says this exact same thing! You don't need to know how to pose, that’s my job. I’ll walk you through everything, keep it light, and focus on you two just interacting normally. Before you know it, you’ll completely forget the camera is there.
How far in advance should we book?
Weddings usually book up 12 to 18 months in advance, especially for popular summer Saturdays. However, I do take key mid-week or shorter-notice dates where available, so it’s always worth checking if your date is free!
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
We embrace it! Overcast skies actually produce incredible, soft lighting for photos, and if it pours, we’ll make the most of indoor spots or grab some clear umbrellas for quick, fun outdoor shots. Bad weather never stops us from getting amazing images.
How do we secure our date with you?
Once we’ve had a chat and you’re happy to move forward, securing your date requires a signed digital agreement and a booking deposit. After that, your date is locked in my diary!
Can we meet up or have a call before booking?
Definitely. I love catching up over a call, so we can chat about your plans, answer any questions, and see if we’re a good fit before you make any decisions.
