Wildflower Weddings Somerset Full Description
My name is Leah, I am the proud mum of three and owner and sole photographer of my beautiful business Wildflower Weddings Somerset (Wildflower Photography). The best thing about weddings for me is being a part of a once in a lifetime love story and capturing it on camera. I love getting to watch and experience the natural interactions between families and friends coming together to celebrate. I love to create images of people the way they truly are and try to find out all about the different relationships between them. I always take the time to get to know the personalities I'll be capturing with my camera. I put my heart and soul into each wedding and I love what I do. A cheeky child, a loving grandfather, a devoted mum- I love to see the beauty in each and every person that I see through my lens and aim to show real emotions not staged ones.

FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

The wedding that I will cherish forever would have to be the very wet and windy date in the very picturesque English countryside. It was pouring with rain for the entire ceremony but instead of resorting to inside, the couple didn't care about the weather; nothing was going to stop them having their wedding day the way they had dreamed of. Capturing the ceremony in the heavy rain was the most romantic scene I could ever of wished to be a part of. They may have been absolutely soaked with hair stuck to their faces and outfits clinging to their body, but the smiles on their faces brought me to tears. nothing stops love.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Friendly, Fun, Artistic, Beautiful, Memorable.

What about your business are you most proud of?

I am proud to say that I plan, capture, edit and create every single detail myself alongside my busy home life. I love my job and I love getting to meet my clients who become lifelong friends.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Be in the moment. Inhale every single second of your wedding day. As a photographer I always provide a private bride and groom shoot usually just before your reception begins and the natural light is in golden hour. This is the perfect time to reflect, to be alone with each other and away from the party for a moment together that lasts a lifetime.
