This is a very tough questions to answer! Currently, the wedding which stands out in my mind was three day wedding in The Alps 2023
Friendly, fun, focussed, relaxing & reliable
It took me over 10 years to find the courage to turn my hobby into a business, which is largely thanks to my wife - it was on our honeymoon that she had the idea which changed our lives!
take as many moments as possible to stop and take it all in. The best time for this is actually during couple shots, I often let my couples take walks alone so they can chat and I can get some great natural shots.
polaroid photos on each guests chair with a individual personal message on the back
it's always great to chat on a video call to begin with, this helps break the ice and takes away from the coldness of email after email. I like to stay in touch with my couples through out their journey, following each other on social media and having a second video call when the big day approaches. The more contact the better in my opinion! I want you both to feel as comfortable as possible on your big day.
aside from the confetti, first kiss, cake cutting...I love to get shots of my couples taking a rare moment to themselves having a walk in the ground of the wedding venue
the bride and groom grabbed me from taking photographs on the dancefloor and asked me to photograph them jumping into a pile of snow.
their final words were 'I'm only doing this once'.. no pressure! you can see this photo on my profile.
If there are no viable options for indoor photography, I would recommend a large umbrella and my flash. The rain droplets look like stars when it's dark
my photography journey began with wildlife photography, this is something i did for about 12 years before jumping into wedding photography. wildlife is a lot less predictable! great training!
