In the lead-up to our wedding, he was incredibly considerate, easy to communicate with, and always professional. He struck the perfect balance – asking a few thoughtful questions to understand what we were looking for, while also offering great suggestions based on his experience. He was readily available whenever we needed to reach out, but never overbearing or asking too many questions – just the right level of support and guidance. On the day itself, James went above and beyond to ensure every moment we wanted captured was beautifully documented. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better photos - they exceeded all expectations. Not only is James an incredibly talented photographer, but he’s also a truly lovely human being. Kind, respectful, joyful, and professional - he brought such a positive energy to the day and made us feel completely at ease, especially during the more intimate shots of just the two of us. After the wedding, James was impressively quick in sharing sneak peeks (much faster than I expected!), and the full album followed just a few weeks later - beautifully edited and thoughtfully curated. I honestly couldn’t recommend James more highly. He captured the spirit of our day perfectly and was an absolute pleasure to have around. Thank you so, so much James - we’re beyond grateful!

We had James capture our wedding in August 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before the big day, we had several calls to discuss what we liked and wanted, and James took everything on board perfectly. We wanted a light-hearted, relaxed approach to our photos that really captured the intimate, family feel of our wedding and that’s exactly what he delivered. On the day itself, James made us feel calm and relaxed, and everything went perfectly. Although we had only booked him for two hours, he went above and beyond to capture as much as he could and to make sure we’ll always remember the smaller details. He also worked seamlessly alongside our content creator to ensure every moment was covered.

We chose James and Hannah for photography and content creation for our wedding in July and it’s the best choice we could’ve made. Communication was great in the nearly 2 year build up and we had a zoom call about a month before. They are both so friendly and I felt like I knew them the minute I arrived at our venue. Hannah captured all the moments brilliantly and we woke up the morning after to an already edited video and received the rest of the content shortly after! We first met James on a video call having already browsed through his photo galleries and liked his work. He was laid back & easy to get on with. Meeting James on the day was exciting, knowing our whole day would be captured. The photos were great, and even captured a lot of natural candid ones which we wanted. We had the joy of working with James and Hannah for our wedding weekend in France and could not be happier. From the moment we first met, we were so impressed with their professionalism and creativity - the results speak for themselves. James shot our legal registry wedding in June and produced beautiful photos for us then. We are so happy that we booked James and Hannah for our August leg of the celebrations. He made us feel so comfortable behind the camera that he even managed to get my HUSBAND to smile for the photos He had such good energy & my guests complimented how friendly he was. He really was just good vibes. No awkwardness, nothing was too much for him and the pictures we received were nothing short of amazing, he really got all the love and laughter on camera and I will treasure these forever Thankyou James!! If I ever get married again- I will come back to you! I also loved the videos I received from his wife, Hannah from Bride Diaries. What a duo. I am so grateful I was able to book her as she really is the best of the best and her diary is pretty full Although she weren't able to make it on the day due to an early labour 👶🍼 her communication never faltered and she found another worthy content creator to capture the videos which she still edited. Even with a new born, I received the videos the next day 🥰 I can't stop watching the videos. These guys were the best thing about the wedding (on par with the groom) Thank you guys!

We had with Hannah & James from start to finish. The photos and video content they captured from our wedding day was genuinely perfect, we will treasure these for the rest of our lives. Aside from their talented work, they were so kind, friendly, warm and funny on the big day, really putting us at ease and getting us comfortable in front of the camera with ease. We are over the moon with our wedding photos and content! They’re not only incredibly talented but also the loveliest couple to have with you on the day—so friendly and fun! They made sure we got every shot we wanted (especially the confetti one!), and even with the tricky weather, they timed everything perfectly. Big shoutout to James for the very effective rain dance! 😄 The highlight video the next day was such a treat—it was so special to relive the magic right away. Then just two days later, we got our sneak peek photos, and they were absolutely stunning. Every moment was captured beautifully. Couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you both so, so much! 💛

Wedding Diaries did a beautiful job capturing all the special moments of our day ensuring to capture all the details and pictures we had asked for as well as noticing small things himself and making sure they were captured. He did an amazing job at making us and all our family feel comfortable for all the photos and honestly captured the day perfectly and is so easy to talk to if you have any questions or concerns. We had James as a photographer for our wedding day and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough! The pictures are incredible, we were fortunate with the weather on the day and James found some great spots near Chelsea Town Hall where we had our ceremony. He was creative and it’s made for photos that we are over the moon with. Throughout the day, it felt like James was just one of the guests. He was very relaxed and didn’t interrupt anything which contributed to a special day - it was a pleasure to have him there. Before he left, he made sure everyone was happy and asked if there were any more final snaps that we wanted. Overall, very impressed and we would highly recommend his services!
