I am a published wedding and destination photographer with a contemporary style that merges reportage and documentary practise with signature shots to create an intimate, honest and beautiful story of your wedding day. I live in Falmouth, cherish life by the sea and love the photographic playground that Cornwall provides. Formerly based in Coventry I frequently return to the West Midlands and happily travel across the UK, and internationally, to capture new stories. I'm also a big supporter that photoshoots aren't just for special occasions. A dog walk is as perfect a setting for capturing awesome images as planning a spectacular surprise event - even when it rains. In fact, that sense of familiarity and 'our place we go' is more honest and meaningful. That's why all of my photoshoots are location based; no backdrops, no clunky lighting, let's head out and go explore somewhere that means something to you. I love working with landscapes and other spaces to capture a sense of journey and connection, and living in Cornwall means there's no shortage of places to go for couple photoshoots. I like to take a step back and draw from the same reportage style I apply in my wedding photography to capture those undisturbed moments whilst also taking time to capture closer, softer portraits. Whether it's a hike along the coast, a stroll along a beach or simply spending time at your favourite hang out - I'd love to discuss it. I'm no stranger to stormy walks, huddling in the sea to get an atmospheric angle or getting sprayed with Prosecco.
