What is your most memorable wedding?
Our most memorable wedding has to be a wedding we did for S&J. S&J had to cancel their wedding 3 times due to covid, so over the three years of conversations with them, we became such good friends and we was so happy to finally become mr & Mrs. The ceremony was held at north froddingham church with all their friends and family attending, they had a violinist play throughout the ceremony which was a stunning addition. We then went back to S&J’s own farm where they had a beautiful marquee set up supplied by serentipi Ltd. Their meal was an absolutely stunning afternoon tea in an Alice and wonderland theme which was delicious, they had an open bar, lawn games and a fabulous Dj!
For the couples intimate photos together, because they lived on a farm we had to get their animals involved! It was a first to us to have horses, cats, sheep and cows involved in the wedding photos but it was such a unique addition to their wedding gallery. It paid homage to their farmer roots for sure!

What about your business are you most proud of?
We set up our business during a world pandemic starting out with outdoor photoshoots and small intimate ‘covid weddings’ we had both shot weddings previously but our first time shooting a wedding together was during the covid pandemic.
To our surprise, even though it was a huge risk setting up a business during a pandemic, we saw ourselves succeed so quickly. We soon became almost fully booked that year and the following year.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Always check suppliers reviews, insurance etc in case anything goes wrong! We’ve seen so many couples who have been scammed or not received the standard you thought you was going to receive!
Look at the main things:
Is there a contract to sign?
Are they insured?
Are their reviews relevant and are they positive?
Do I like their vibe? Do they come across friendly? Do we click?
Do they seem organised?
And most of all enjoy! It will be stressful, it will be hard but once your day comes, you’ll see it was all worth it in the end!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Our favourite personal touch we’ve had at a wedding was a pregnancy announcement too! It was a magical moment for us to witness a marriage and growing a new life! Heartwarming moment for sure!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We start off with discussing your wedding day, locations, dates to ensure we are available for you. We then discuss what you would like from your wedding photography, we discuss our prices with you and create something bespoke if that suits you best.
We have a general chat about what we offer and answer any questions you may have! We then send you a contract to review and sign which is relevant to your wedding day. We also send over a small questionnaire to fill in the best you can so we know as much as you do about your day!
If applicable we will book you in for your consultation wether that’s via zoom, phone call or face to face meeting and we look at booking a date for your engagement shoot.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Definitely those intimate couple photos together, these are usually after the ceremony, after you’ve greeted guests and had some family photos taken. These are a great opportunity to be (almost) alone for the first time since you’ve said I do, this is where we really see the love shine.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Definitely photos with sheep, horses and cows!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
A clear or white lace umbrella is a must! You can also get silicone or plastic heel covers to stop any sinking in the mud! Tide to go pens are also a good option for any stains that may happen, but we always carry essentials like these if you get into trouble!
Describe how you got into photography.
We was always the girls with a camera or phone in their hand taking photos of everything! Emily also completed an A-Level in photography whilst she was at sixth form and was gifted a camera for Christmas when she was 15 and Nicola, was always the one who was in charge of the photos on her family holidays or days out.
Although we both took photos for fun, we began taking more family photos and letting our creative side truly come out! We began talking to other photographers for tips and tricks and shooting our first weddings separately before we decided to become one.
