What is your most memorable wedding?
Ellie and Sarkis , at the Coco Hotel in the Gambia. Amazing light, location fright on the beach, and a brilliant crowd from all around the world. (and I'm sure I should say my own too!)

What about your business are you most proud of?
I get to travel around the country (and the world!), photographing some of the most amazing days of people's lives. I love my job.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't be scared to have the wedding you really want. Worry less about what your family and friends may expect - they'll love the wedding you chose.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A jenga block guestbook - so the couple could have fun while reading the comments back in years to come!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We love to look through portfolios of our work with new couples - it can spark great conversations and help them to express what they would really love from their own photos. They often come away with a few ideas too!
What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?
An informal portrait of the bride a groom. A shot that really shows off their personality and how they are together. Even the most camera shy couple look great, and I think it's the photo that they really will look back at with a smile.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
A photo of the bride (diary farmer) and groom (chicken farmer) with a cow and a chicken! Chickens and cows don't really mix.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Umberellas and wellies - rain can make for great photos! and a photographer that is good with flash guns and artificial light.
Describe how you got into photography.
I used to work as a press photographer. I don't like to set things up - I love to tell the actual story with the camera.
