There are too many to pick just one! With over 300 weddings so many jump out but mainly - love. That makes a wedding memorable for me. Details are lovely but my favourite days are made up by the people in them.
Natural, light, bright, emotional, relaxed

Do it your way! And to take a break from planning once in a while to enjoy your time together
The brides grandmother was her flower girl 'spreading flowers in a carpet of love for her to walk on'. It made everyone emotional
We always have a chat during the enquiry stage so I can help you work out how many hours you will need, based on years of photographing weddings. I'll never push you into more hours than you need, I want you to get everything you want. That's a really relaxed chat. After that if you'd like to book then it's an online contract and £500 deposit to book the date. Once the booking comes through I'll send you over my welcome document with lots of hints and tips and recommended suppliers. Then we'll speak before the day to work out a schedule, a list of any group/family photos you'd like as well but you're always welcome to call or email for a chat during the planning. I know how overwhelming it can be and I'm always here if you need me.
My style naturally captures the ceremony and hugs and kisses that follow. But otherwise, a photo of the two of you. It's such a special moment, full of love and excitement.
We can't change the weather but we can change what we make of it. We can take beautiful photos in the rain, with umbrellas. It makes everything look lush and green, the light is lovely and soft on the face as well. And it rarely rains all day in the UK so there's generally always a chance to pop out for photos when it stops if you're flexible.
I always loved photography. My father had a Canon A1 film camera from when I was born and he gave it to me when I was 16. I spent hours taking photos and after that a camera rarely left my side. I tried different types of photography and then one day answered an advert to assist a photographer at a wedding and loved every minute. At that point I spent several years assisting and learning different styles, how to use the light as well, and I've never looked back. I still love it as much 12 years later.
