Well apart from my own obviously:) I would have to say the wedding I did for Dan and Helena Barton back in 2004. It was my second wedding ever and when I turned up at the ceremony location there where celebs everywhere. Turned out Dan had a lot of celebrity friends. To say I was nervous is an understatement but it turned out to be a great day and night and they where made up with the pictures.

Don't stress about anything, enjoy the process.
A couple once bought a different book for every guest at the wedding that they though
Every couple is different, horses for courses as they say. No shot will be right for every couple I don't think. I think the photography should be more spontaneous than planing shots.
Confetti throwing on the dance floor during the first dance. This happened very recently and I wasn't really asked to do it it just sort of happened. It worked really well and I'll be encouraging brides and grooms to try it.
