What about your business are you most proud of?
Out of the 5 years I've been trading ive been nominated for wedding photographer awards with County brides 3 years in a row. Considering I have never advertised my services and get work through word of mouth I can't complain.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
There's no such thing as a bad idea. It's your day. all your vendors are here to make it special for you. Choose the right vendors for you, the worst thing you can do is rush a decision.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Love a Mr and Mrs game, also ring barer dogs .... always a win.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Your wedding day is an extremely important day. I understand that, so to make sure I work in a way to ensure I don't add any undue stress or pressures on you. We will discuss your needs in depth before booking, once ive been booked you will receive a questionnaire so I can obtain as much info as I can about the day ahead of time. We will then have 1 or 2 wedding consultations to ensure we are both on the same page 100% about how you want your photos to look and how your days planned. Then we get married ... well you do, I watch ... and take some picys
What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?
I LOVE natural candid relaxed photos. forget the staged stuff. The laughs, the smiles, the tears. they are the memories everyone loves to look back on.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Umbrella and some flashes... we will take some absolute bangers.
Describe how you got into photography.
Ive always had a passion for taking photos, from when I has my first disposable film camera at a caravan holiday to when cameras first came to mobile phones .... remember that ... when a camera on a phone was premium. so I knew its what I wanted to do for work. and since then ive grown the business to the point where we are today.
