I’ve been capturing weddings for over ten years, but photographs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. From the images of my family before I was born and of my own childhood, to landscapes inspired by the Lake District and my own holiday memories like the one here.
One consistent theme through all of this has been that any photograph is better on paper. In your hands. The tiny black and white prints my dad made in his own darkroom (the cupboard under the stairs), the square prints from my instamatic in the 70s, the boxes of prints from my childhood in the loft, the 300 8x10s from my trip to Nepal, the poster-sized landscapes I hung on the walls of my gallery, and the photobooks of holidays and other adventures.
So why wouldn’t you want your wedding photographs printed in one form or another if that’s the best way to show them off?
Consequently all my packages include all of your images in printed form as well as digital, whether it’s a high end album, photobook, or just a box of 7x5s.
Don’t short-change yourself on the best day of your life.
