STEVE HILLMAN

If you haven’t heard of my photography business, I’m Steve Hillman Photography. I have worked as a wedding photographer in Cumbria for over seventeen years now, and I have vast experience relating to different venues, styles of weddings and people management. I always enjoyed photography as a hobby, but twenty years ago, after photographing a friend’s wedding, I found that I not only enjoyed it, but seemed to have a flair for capturing the special moments that can happen at a wedding. Coupled with this, I have become very skilled at working with all the different people involved in a wedding, from other professionals through to the bride, groom, their family and friends; one of my favourite parts of any wedding is getting to meet the wedding couple and all their guests, and putting them at their ease. I run a professional service, from booking, right through to pre-wedding meetings, photographing throughout the day and evening of the wedding, preparing and presenting digital proofs, consulting with the couple over albums, and then providing a flexible wedding package, which includes all images on a USB storage device. I am continually upgrading my camera equipment and photography knowledge, and completing training, so that I can always provide the exact images that individual couples require. In a growing wedding photography market, I can always provide the pricing, style, flexibility and coverage that is suited to the requirements of each bride and groom.
