You will never stick to your budget so set one less then you max to give you wiggle room.

Seats reserved for loved ones who have passed.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
First we will have a phone call to talk about expectations and what they want then I give them a price to fit there need and then I will give them a day or two to think and then proceed with a contract then before the day we will have a consultation.
