SMH Photography

Steve and Sandra recently photographed our wedding and we received our photos in less than 4 weeks, and there were over 900! All edited beautifully; it was like reliving the day all over again. I cannot recommend SMH Photography enough for anyone looking for wedding photographers. Having two people there meant we could get photos from different perspectives. The communication from the minute we enquired with them 14 months before our wedding right up to receiving the photos has been excellent. It was raining for a lot of our day, but they knew how much we wanted photos outside so at every opportunity and break in the rain they would come and get us to let us know and we'd run outside! They think of everything (right down to heel protectors for walking over wet grass, such a small yet brilliant gesture!) They are professional, but so approachable. They know what timings you want to work to so they are super organised and make sure that happens, but in a relaxed way. At the end of the day it felt like they were guests at our wedding! Please don't hesitate to book Steve and Sandra!!

Steve & Sandra were recommended to us by a lady I work with, I was apprehensive meeting any photographer as a close friend of mine is a wedding photographer and due to her now living in the US was unable to attend our wedding. I spoke with my friend and she said to me "You need to book this couple" When I met Sandra & Steve it was like chatting to old friends, they are so approachable and friendly. I was quite specific with what I wanted to capture and they understood completely. Nothing was too much trouble. They were in touch the whole time and were a pleasure to deal with. On the day they were so helpful, and what a team they make! A well oiled machine to say the least. They managed to capture every photo I requested despite rain on the day and a very rowdy set of guests. I was gutted when they were leaving as I wanted them to put their cameras down and join the party, that's how comfortable they make you feel. Just like old friends. We received the link to our pictures in around 3 1/2 weeks and WOW! I was really disappointed we never got any sunset shots or sparkler shots due to the rain and wasn't sure what to expect with our pictures. They are incredible, they look like they should be on a Cheshire life magazine. I have to keep pinching myself saying to my husband "Thats us" - They captured every moment from getting ready till the end of the night. I've shared the photo's with family and several of them have cried with joy reliving our day through the photo's. The tough part now is choosing which ones to go in the album! Thanks you both for being part of our special day and capturing all those precious moments. It's an absolute gift we will cherish forever.

We got married yesterday at Heaton House Farm and I have woken this morning just thinking about how amazing our photographs are going to look! Steve and Sandra are the loveliest people you could ever meet, and put us at ease from the moment the day started. They arrived on time and stayed until late. There was no awkwardness with photo poses etc which was great as me and my husband are very camera shy!... they literally put the most effort into making sure we got the best photos at the best times. From helping with our children, and making sure we had everything we needed, to running round in circles making shapes with sparklers. We had such a great laugh with Steve and Sandra that they actually felt like part of our invited wedding party as the day progressed and we were sad to see them leave at the end of the day. We cannot wait to see our photographs, I know they will be outstanding after having sneak peaks on the camera! We can not recommend these guys enough. Recently got married at Heaton House Farm on Saturday 3rd August. Steve and Sandra were our photographers for the day, but for myself and my wife they were a huge part of our day as I’m sure our guests would all agree. Due to their extensive knowledge of the venue, relationships with the staff there and their kind, considerate yet humorous personality and passion for their love of photography they were exceptional on the day. Willing to help out in any way possible, ensuring parts of the day ran smoothly alongside the wedding co-ordinator. We recently got married and have to say that Steve and Sandra were absolutely fantastic. On the day, they were professional and approachable all whilst getting amazing shots. They knew the group photos we wanted so were able to easily get our guests in to position without them feeling like they were waiting around. This was all down to the preparation Steve and Sandra did with us before the event. They made sure they captured every moment without putting pressure on anyone. Sandra always ensuring my dress was right throughout the day! Steve and Sandra were amazing throughout the day and it was a pleasure to have them both as part of our wedding . Our photos were ready less than 3 weeks after our wedding and the pictures were just amazing. We are so pleased with the result and our families are struggling to pick pictures they want as there are so many to chose from!
