What is your most memorable wedding?
I once photographed a wedding in an airplane!
At the manchester aviation park - They have a concord plane that was used in the 90's, it’s now of course out of commission, however, it is open to the public for tours and educational purposes. Curtains days/times it can be hired as a party venue.
One couple hired the venue for their wedding reception and it was definitely one of the most unique and memorable weddings I've ever attended.

What about your business are you most proud of?
The fact I have created the business and developed it from the ground up.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Do your research.
It's honestly the most cliche and most simple piece of advice but you can never do too much research!
Download the bride book app, make a lot of enquiries, ask questions, dig deep, read google reviews reviews and check out previous work.
Research will ensure you have the best day possible, trust me.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I'm a sucker for engraved name plates at the dinner table!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I always insist on having atleast one pre-wedding meetup. This is where we discuss the big day, how it's going to be ran and discuss what type of images you want to get from the day.
After this initial consultation, I do like to have a venue tour. I like to go with the couple to the venues where the ceremony and reception will take place, this allows us to get a clear understanding of what we can achieve with our surroundings and where is best to get certain shots.
I'll also be in constant communication prior to the wedding day. Whether that's via messages, email or phonecalls.
I like to make couples feel at ease and establish a healthy working relationship between us both, this helps getting comfortable on the big day and getting those perfect images.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
FRIENDS & FAMILY PICTURE!
I love taking a big friends and family picture. Getting every single guest to smile and look at the camera is a test for us photographers... but it’s worth it!
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Very difficult to answer - I once had a couple have their dog carry the rings to the altar for them, that was a very original shot.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Enthusiasm! You're going to be wet and probably cold so we need to be enthusiastic about the day.
If you're down about the weather, you’ll let it ruin your big day. Be happy and remain positive, the rain will not spoil your day, I promise.
We can get equally as beautiful shots indoors and if there are any brave ones wanting a picture outside... I'll bring a few umbrellas!
But in all seriousness, rain is very common on peoples wedding days (especially in the UK) and it's nothing to stress about, your day will be perfect and the photographs will match.
Describe how you got into photography.
I've had a passion for photography since a young age. I started to take photography very seriously when I began capturing images of various aircraft for an aviation magazine. This was my first paid job within the industry.
Since that moment I have never looked back and continued to follow my dream of turning a hobby into a career.
Quickly, I realised that I had a love and talent for all different types of photography but the main one was I was gravitating towards was Wedding Photography.
As soon as I had a good understanding of the techniques and found my style, I began offering my services to the local area and slowly but surely started to build a healthy client base.
Ever since then, I’ve been providing the East Midlands and surrounding areas with an experienced and unique wedding photographer.
